New on SI: Panthers Trade QB Kyle Allen to Washington

The Panthers have traded quarterback Kyle Allen to Washington for a fifth-round pick, according to the NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. This comes hours after Carolina reportedly signed XFL QB P.J. Walker. The trade reunites Allen with former Panthers head coach Ron Rivera and QB coach Scott Turner.
