The Houston Texas are finalizing a four-year, $160 million contract extension with quarterback DeShaun Watson.
Watson had 2 years left on his rookie deal but with the extension, he will now remain in Houston until 2025. Watsons $39 million per-year-average in new money makes him the second-highest paid player in NFL history just behind Patrick Mahomes.
Sports Illustrated host Kaitlin O’Toole is joined by Mike Fischer from Texans Daily and SI’s Fantasy and Gambling Analyst Bill Enright for insight on what this deal means for the Texans franchise.
